Kumite Training 12.00 – 2.00 (National Kumite Coach - Paul Scott)
Kata Training (All Squads) 12.00 - 2.00 (National Kata Coach - Chico Mbakwe)

Spectators are not permitted at sessions. Squad Members arriving late, may be refused training.
All Protective Kumite equipment must be EKF/WKF Approved.
