Following a meeting with some of our members, it has been brought to our attention that some tournaments and courses may have innocently breached the above statute.  This is because non WKF members may have attended these events and trained with members, thus constituting a breach.

In future anyone holding a tournament, competition, or course must ensure that all participants are in membership of a WKF recognised and affiliated organisation, and must state this on entry forms and posters.   Failure to do so will mean that the organiser of the event has knowingly breached 21.9 and will be subject to implementation of the rules regarding statute 21.9.
